All bookings are made direct with Helen Taylor on behalf of Asteri Collection IKE. Villa prices are for accommodation only and exclude airfares, transfer, catering and car hire. Bookings are made on the bookings form, duly signed and accompanied by the appropriate booking deposit, which is 25% of the total rent due and a security deposit of £750. Once a booking has been processed the deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the accommodation is due no less than 14 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the payment is not received by the due date Asteri Collection reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 16 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.

If you wish to book water sports or club packages with the Peligoni Club it is advisable to book membership and water sports packages at the time of the booking, or as soon as possible, as Asteri Collection IKE cannot otherwise guarantee that there will be packages available, particularly during high season. This arrangement is completely independent of the booking with Asteri Collection IKE
